During the challenge, we aim to help you achieve:
Pair new habits with existing ones: Associate your new habit with an existing routine, like reviewing market news during your morning coffee break or journaling right after placing your final trade. This makes it easier to remember and integrate the new habit into your schedule.
Track your progress: Visualize your progress using journals, habit trackers, or even simple checklists. Seeing your efforts pay off can be a powerful motivator to keep going.
Reward yourself: Celebrate your milestones, no matter how small. Treat yourself to something you enjoy after successfully completing a week or month of your new habit. This positive reinforcement will boost your motivation.
Seek accountability: Find a trading buddy or online community to share your goals and progress with. Having someone to check in with can keep you accountable and offer support on your journey.
